Darth Obama, digital output

Tim Cramer is owner and Creative Director of Mosaic, an advertising, marketing & design+ group based in Indianapolis, IN with additional offices in Los Angeles, CA.

Tim began his career in the broadcast field as a DJ in 1982 and has worked with a number of market leaders around the U.S. In the mid 90's Tim began to serve as Creative Director for a small radio group in Indianapolis, IN, and would continue to do so until early 2001.

Tim departed the radio business in late 2001 to launch SBi Media, an audio and video production house servicing local and regional direct clients and advertising agencies. By 2008, SBi Media had morphed into a production house that, in addition to its audio and video services, also offered creative, strategy, design and media placement services. In late 2008, Tim made the decision to re-brand SBi Media as a full-service advertising agency. This new entity would offer clients the ability to take a project from conception to completion by completing all audio, video, web, and design work in-house. By uniting all of these services under one roof, Tim was building what he called a "mosaic of offerings". It was clear at that point that SBi Media must be re-branded as Mosaic.

Tim has had the honor of partnering with clients such as, Sony, Panasonic, NASCAR, and The Golf Channel. Tim has also consulted as New Technology Advisor for TBWA\Chiat\Day, Young & Laramore, and Next Marketing.

Work Statement

"Darth Obama" was created by Tim Cramer while he waited for a client that was late to a project brief in May of 2011. The base concept was to illustrate how the "Hope & Change" of the 2008 election had not really been realized.
