The sayings of ANNUIT COEPTIS (He (God) approves our undertakings) and NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM (A new order of the ages) are on the back of the dollar bill. This idea is prevalent in how America acts on the world stage. We are a nation that is spreading democracy, peace and freedoms throughout the world. But are we really delivering these ideals that fit with the cultural beliefs of that country, or is the US policies self-serving? Currently we are fighting a two front war for the 7+ years of the war on terrorism. At this point, if you look at the war, it looks more like a war of beliefs than a war for Americas security. It is time for us to look inwards and try to understand how the International community sees America.

With the war with Iraq, the US along with Britain sold Saddam Hussein the technology and materials Iraq needed to develop nuclear, chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction. Under the administrations of Ronald Reagan and George Bush Sr., they sold materials including anthrax, VX nerve gas, West Nile fever germs and botulism to Iraq right up until March 1992, as well as germs similar to tuberculosis, pneumonia and other bacteria. Along with the sales of materials the US also assisted in the development of Iraqi chemical, biological and missile-system programs. To this day the United States is the largest exporter of military weapons in the world.
